As Consumer Communications and Social Media Executive you will assist the Head of Consumer Communications in implementing communications strategies and support the Social Media Lead in executing social media initiatives to enhance Andermatt Swiss Alps' presence in key lifestyle and real estate markets.

Your contribution to our success

  • Assist the Head of Consumer Communications in implementing international strategies to promote Andermatt Swiss Alps
  • Contribute to global communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand’s lifestyle and real estate positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key lifestyle and real estate media outlets and influencers
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other consumer communications content
  • Coordinate press events, interviews, and media tours to promote Andermatt Swiss Alps
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Lead to implement the social media strategy, supporting content creation and scheduling
  • Assist in managing the daily operations of social media platforms, including community engagement and responding to inquiries
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics, providing insights to the Social Media Lead to enhance engagement and visibility
  • Oversee the timely distribution of content across consumer communications and social media channels to maximize reach
  • Help execute global communications campaigns, ensuring that media coverage and social media content are integrated effectively
  • Support the Social Media Lead in executing paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Monitor and report on key metrics for both consumer communications and social media activities
  • Coordinate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging

What you bring in

  • Bachelor degree in communications, marketing, or a related field 
  • Professional experience in communication including social media management 
  • Proven ability to build relationships with key media outlets and influencers
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and the ability to support social media strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus
  • Strong teamwork skills,  creativ and the ability to work on multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Who we are

Andermatt Swiss Alps, located in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt, with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss.
