Andermatt is very easy to reach – from everywhere. The destination is situated at an advantageous geographic location in the heart of Switzerland.

Because of its central location, the Andermatt Swiss Alps destination can be reached quickly and easily – by train or by car. There are also a number of airports at nearby cities. The destination can also be reached from them by train or car in about 90 minutes.
By car. Quickly from anywhere
Andermatt can be reached easily from the north or the south using the A2 motorway. After taking the Göschenen exit, the road leads through the Schöllenen Gorge directly into the mountain village. Car parks are located right by the entrance to Andermatt – the first exit off the first roundabout. Visitors can choose between Andermatt Reuss Parking and the uncovered parking spaces. Either way: Andermatt can be reached quickly and easily.
The outdoor car parks are located on the north side of the Andermatt railway station and are thus just several minutes by foot from Andermatt Reuss and the Central railway station. Overnight parking is not allowed.
Pay us a visit. Sustainably and flexibly
Our offices in Altdorf and Andermatt can be reached by train. The Matterhorn Gotthard Railway travels from Göschenen to Andermatt in 10 minutes. The ride service mybuxi has 33 stops in Andermatt.

Rides can be booked daily from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. in Andermatt and the surrounding area using the mybuxi app. Other passengers can join the ride along the way. Through this type of car-pooling, the vehicles are assured of optimal usage. mybuxi uses electric cars operated with green power.

Thereby we are committing ourselves to sustainable corporate governance and continual enhancement in terms of sustainability.
