Entire Andermatt, Sedrun and Disentis ski area open from 30 December
The canton of Uri has decided that the Uri side of the Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis ski area can be reopened from 30 December. The restaurants in the whole area will remain closed; take-away will be offered.
With the decision of 28 December by the canton of Uri to reopen the ski areas on cantonal territory, the Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis ski area can be fully reopened on 30 December, taking into account the protective measures. The winter wonderland for winter hikers on Gütsch with ice sculptures is also open. The restaurants in the ski area on the Uri side and on the Graubünden side offer take-away meals.
Corona measures
Access to the ski area is limited. In Andermatt, reservations are compulsory for the gondolas Gütsch-Express and the cable car to the Gemsstock. Mouth and nose protection must be worn when queuing, both indoors and outdoors. The required distance of 1.5 metres must be complied with at all times.
Take-away offers
The restaurants in the Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis ski area offer take-away. There is no possibility to consume food indoors. Other take-away offers are also available in the valley.
