On 15 September 2018, ground was broken in the presence of the new owners. The new building brings the “smart studio” concept to the holiday village of Andermatt Reuss. Owing to the smaller units, living space is being created that offers unmatched value for money.
The newly planned Eisvogel apartment building unites tradition with modern design. The floor plans and furnishings in the smart studios are designed in such a way that every square metre is used sensibly. In addition to the apartments, the building offers spacious common areas that are available to all residents: a 189-m2 community area with a kitchen, private dining and “chill-out” zone, an ample spa with fitness equipment covering 100 m2 and an in-house bar. The unique quality of the building is additionally underscored with art by the Swiss graffiti artist Ata Bozaci, who helped design the common areas.
Sale of the studios has already started. Completion is scheduled for the fall of 2019.
