Our highlights in 2022
We look back on an eventful year. In 2022 the face of Andermatt Reuss changed more dramatically than ever since 2015: The vision of the Prime Alpine Destination was successfully advanced.
Property sales last year set a record once again. With numerous apartments that had been already handed over to the owners, new shops and restaurants/bars, the new village quarter is becoming even livelier. In August, Vail Resorts became our partner in Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG, acquiring a majority shareholding of 55 per cent. In the coming years, Vail Resorts will invest about CHF 110 million on the mountain. And we’ve also taken a further step in the area of sustainability: The first progress report defines the goals of the initiative Andermatt Responsible and highlights where we stand.
