January 13, 2025

The Genuss Film Alpen in Andermatt builds on last year's success and launches the second edition of the exclusive gourmet festival during the ski season. On the weekends of 28 and 29 March and 4 and 5 April 2025, the Swiss culinary elite will spoil its guests in the magnificent setting of the concert hall in the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen. Film delicacies will be shown in advance, and the evenings will be accompanied by exciting talks and the presentation of awards. The second Genuss Film Alpen Andermatt takes place in close cooperation with Andermatt Swiss Alps, which is committed to sustainable tourism in the region.

The second Genuss Film Alpen in Andermatt spoils its guests on two weekends over a total of four days. Cinematic delicacies are shown in the concert hall of the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen, followed by a 4-course dinner with wine accompaniment, exciting talks and the presentation of the Genuss Alpen Wine Award and the Genuss Alpen Producer Award. This unrivalled event is supported by the “Freunde Genuss Film Festival Zug” association and Andermatt Swiss Alps as the main sponsor.

The Genuss Film Alpen starts on Friday, 28 March 2025 with the Soirée Gala Champagne. After a champagne and Oona caviar aperitif, the film "Widow Clicquot" will be shown. This will be followed by a dinner with Dario Cadonau from the IN LAIN Hotel Cadonau in Brail. On Saturday evening, 29 March 2025, the Soirée Genuss Alpen Wine Award will kick off with a screening of "La Dégustation" before guests are treated to Kevin Romes. Romes cooks with his kitchen brigade at SKIN'S The Restaurant in Lenzburg and has been awarded 2 stars by the Michelin Guide for his culinary craftsmanship and enormous creativity. The Genuss Alpen Wine Award will be presented on this evening. The name of the award winner will remain a well-kept secret.

The Soirée Genuss Alpen Producer Award will take place the following weekend. The film "Gather" will be shown at the beginning on Friday, 4 April 2025 in the concert hall of the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen. Nenad Mlinarevic, chef-zampano of the Zurich restaurants Neue Taverne, Bauernschänke, Neumarkt and Brasserie Süd, will delight his guests with his outstanding creations. GaultMillau lists him with 16 points and the Michelin Guide with 1 star. The winner of the Genuss Alpen Producer Award has not yet been announced.

The brilliant highlight and conclusion of the second Genuss Film Alpen Andermatt will finally take place on Saturday, 5 April 2025 with the IGNIV Andermatt by Andreas Caminada kitchen party. The event will kick off with an aperitif in "La Bonne Cave Andermatt" in Haus Schneefalke.
